Shipping and Cost Policy

Deposits are good for services completed within one year of purchase, are non refundable, and cannot be exchanged for a lower service.

Retail supplies are eligible for return within seven days of purchase if unused/new condition. If items were shipped to you, we do not provide a return label for the return.

Processing time for shipment may take up to 3 days to complete and items will be shipped priority mail with the USPS which promises 1-3 business days for delivery.
