APC Auto Spa offers two membership programs: Care Membership for professional year-round hand wash and decontamination services, and Protected Membership for customers with ceramic coatings or Paint Protection Film (PPF) who need regular maintenance to preserve their investment. Care and Protected include 2 APC Hand Washes per year, earned with the 4th and 8th monthly payments. Plus includes 3, earned with the 3rd, 6th, and 9th payments. Ultimate includes 11, one with each monthly payment starting with the 2nd. No wash credit is granted at signup. Each APC Hand Wash credit must be used before your next one comes due; unused credits don't carry over.
No, but Protected Membership is the most cost-effective way to maintain a Ceramic Pro coating or PPF installation. Each payment adds credit toward Annual Maintenance, the membership includes APC Hand Washes, and Protected members receive 15% off eligible additional APC services booked after enrollment. Annual Maintenance extends a coating warranty to its full term and counts as documented proper care for STEK PPF. The 15% discount does not apply to the membership fee, services included with the membership, previously completed work, or existing quotes.
Yes. You can cancel through My Garage. Unused APC Hand Wash credits are forfeited when the membership ends, but accrued Annual Maintenance or Annual Decontamination Wash credit remains on your account. There are no cancellation fees. Members also book membership services through My Garage.

No. Every Ceramic Pro coating package comes with a warranty without annual maintenance. Annual Maintenance extends it to the full term, and Protected Membership includes the credit that covers that visit.
