AI assistants and autonomous agents can browse services and size or price options, check live availability, and book eligible appointments on your behalf. Start by calling describe_tools with no key for each tool's exact input format and a working example.
Send every call as a POST to https://mcp.apcautospa.com with a JSON body {"tool": "<tool name>", "input": { ... }}. Always include the tool field. Per-tool URLs also work: POST https://mcp.apcautospa.com/tools/<tool name> with the body {"input": { ... }}. create_booking takes services (each with service_id and, where the service has a size option, price_option_id), location ("monroe" or "tukwila"), start (a start time returned by check_availability), first_name, last_name, email, phone, and vehicle with year, make and model. Color, VIN and notes are optional.
A booking is not confirmed until the customer pays a non-refundable deposit. The payment link is sent by text and email and returned to the agent. The customer has 30 minutes to pay; otherwise the time is released and the booking is canceled.
The 10% AGENT10 discount is applied automatically to bookings made through create_booking. No code is needed. It cannot be combined with membership savings or other offers.
Only services available for online booking can use create_booking; use create_lead for anything else. Sprinter vans can only be booked at Monroe. Each agent can have at most three unpaid bookings at a time.
